Terms of Service

1. The service

AppNexPay, operated by AppNex Technologies ("we"), is software that connects your CRM account with your own accounts at the payment providers you choose (Xendit, PayMongo, Maya or DragonPay). Payments are processed by those providers under your agreements with them. We never hold your funds.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your payment provider accounts valid and in good standing, and follow your payment providers' and your CRM provider's terms.
  • Only sell lawful goods and services and follow consumer, tax and data protection laws that apply to you.
  • Give your customers a privacy notice that covers payments processed through your payment providers.
  • Keep your CRM and payment provider credentials safe and control who has admin access.
  • Check your settings and the workflows you build in your CRM; you are responsible for actions you configure.

3. Fees

Subscription prices are shown in the app before you pay. Your payment providers' transaction fees are charged by them, not by us. You can cancel your plan at any time in the app, at the end of the period you paid for or at once; time already paid for is not refunded, except where the law requires it. Prices include any taxes we are required to charge, unless the app says otherwise.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Payment status updates are retried automatically; if something fails, you can reconcile payments in your payment provider's dashboard and your CRM.

5. Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of your payment providers or your CRM provider.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using AppNexPay at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse or legal reasons, with notice where possible.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute about them is settled by the courts of the Philippines.
